Customising your print
How do I customise my map print?
On any product page, the customiser lets you search for a specific address, city, or landmark anywhere in the UK. Enter your location and the map builds around it. From there you can edit the phrase on the map, add names, choose a date, and see a live preview of the finished print. What you see in the preview is exactly what we make.
Can I change the phrase on the map?
Yes. The phrase shown on the product page is a starting point. You can edit it to anything you like in the customiser before adding to cart.
What personalisation details do I need?
You will need a map location, a phrase or title for the map, names, and a date. All of these are entered in the customiser on the product page. We print exactly what you enter, so please check your spelling and details carefully before completing your order.
Do I get a proof before printing?
The preview in the customiser is what we print. However, the preview is a scaled down version and not suitable for printing. We have a separate master print version that goes into production with the same details but higher quality. We do not send a separate proof before production to avoid image theft, so please review your preview carefully, especially names, dates, and any custom wording.
Orders and changes
What happens after I place my order?
Each print is made to order. After you place your order, we hold it for 12 hours or until 12 noon on the following day, whichever comes later before it enters production. That window is there so you can make changes or correct anything if you need to.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes, if you contact us before your order enters production (In the 12 hour pre-production window). Get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and what needs changing. We will update your order at no charge. Once production has started we may not be able to make amendments, so the sooner you contact us the better.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us with your order number and we will cancel and refund in full. After 12 hours your order may have entered production and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Prints and framing
Do your prints come framed?
Most of our prints are available as ready-to-hang framed products. Where a product is supplied unframed this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, check back for updates.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from the point of dispatch. All orders include tracking. Please allow for the production hold period on top of your delivery estimate.
Problems with your order
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
