Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the UK only.

Processing and dispatch
Most of our products are printed to order. That means your order usually goes through a production stage before dispatch. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in your order email include production and shipping time. They are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will always try to meet them. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract. 

Estimated delivery to UK addresses
We aim to deliver map prints in approximately 3 - 5 working days Monday to Friday not including production hold and actual production.  

Delivery areas and addresses
Please use a full residential or business address in the UK. Double-check house number, street, postcode, and any flat or unit details before placing your order. We do not recommend PO boxes for this store, and BFPO addresses are not supported by the shipping providers. If you use an incomplete or incorrect address, or fail to collect your parcel, we may not be able to refund or replace the order and we may charge the cost of redelivery or reprinting where the issue was not our fault. 

Shipping methods
Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times and rates depend on product type, production location, destination, and shipping method. Product-specific UK estimates and final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout. 

Split shipments
If you order more than one item, your order may be split into separate shipments and arrive on different days. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal for print-on-demand fulfilment where different products are produced at different locations. 

Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send it to you by email or make it available through your order details. Tracking may take a short time to activate after dispatch. 

Lost parcels in transit
If your parcel has not arrived and the tracking does not show delivered, please:

  1. wait a couple of working days after the estimated delivery date;
  2. check the tracking link for updates;
  3. contact the carrier if possible; and
  4. contact us if the parcel still has not arrived.

Please report suspected lost-in-transit orders within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. 

Tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel
Please check around your property, safe places, neighbours, household members, concierge or reception, and any delivery notes, and contact the carrier for more information. We may ask you to confirm in writing that you have not received the parcel and to provide any other reasonable information we need to investigate. We assess these cases individually. We will not use a blanket rule that a delivery scan automatically ends our responsibility, because risk passes only when the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them. 

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, email us via the support form as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label
  • any visible damage

Please report quality issues within 30 days of receiving the item where possible.

Customs, duties, VAT and additional charges
We sell and deliver within the UK only, shipments within the UK are delivered duty paid. Customers should therefore not normally see extra import duties or customs charges on delivery for UK orders. All prices are shown in GBP. If a carrier asks you to pay an unexpected customs-related charge on a UK order, please contact us by email before paying if you can.  

Delivery risk
Goods remain our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, unless you have arranged your own independent carrier outside the delivery options we offered.
