When you place an order on this website, you are buying from Souveno Gifts. We may use third-party production and fulfilment partners to print and dispatch products on our behalf, but your contract remains with us.
Our products
We sell both non-customisable and customisable printed products. Customisable products include personalised items made using customer-selected details such as names, dates, locations, wording, colours, images or layout choices.
Because printed products are physical items, slight differences between on-screen colours and printed colours can occur. Minor colour variation alone does not mean an item is faulty. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
