Yes. The phrase shown on the product page is a starting point, and you can edit it in the customiser before adding the product to your cart.

What if I notice a spelling mistake after ordering?

We hold each order for 12 hours, or until 12 noon on the following day where that is later, before it enters production. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction needed.

Can I cancel a personalised order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that point, the order may have entered production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Can I return a personalised birth location map if I change my mind?

No. The refund policy says change-of-mind returns are not accepted for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including bespoke map products using your chosen location, wording, dates, colours or layout. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are still covered.

What happens if the print arrives damaged or incorrect?

If the item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us with the order number and clear photos. Their policy says they will usually arrange a replacement where practical, or a refund where a replacement is not suitable or available.
